Role Purpose

The SDR – Odoo Consultant will play a key role in QUBIQ Group's growth, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients — with a particular focus on the Portuguese market and international projects conducted in English. You will be responsible for qualifying opportunities, shaping initial commercial strategies, and ensuring a structured pipeline of new business for the group's delegations. For standard-scope projects, you will manage the full sales cycle directly.


Responsabilities

  • Opportunity Management
    • Receive and qualify inbound and outbound opportunities across the group's channels, with a primary focus on Portugal and English-speaking prospects.
    • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand each client's business context and operational challenges.
    • Collaborate closely with strategic partners, including Odoo SA, to design solutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Commercial Strategy
    • Define the commercial path for each qualified opportunity:
      • Route to the appropriate delegation's sales team, or
      • Manage the full cycle directly using QUBIQ's QuickStart methodology.
    • The QuickStart methodology involves: understanding client needs, preparing a demo database, delivering a product demonstration, presenting an implementation proposal, and handing off to the project team upon deal confirmation.
  • Strategic Positioning & Collaboration
    • Act as a connector between QUBIQ Group's central commercial function and its delegations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, delegation sales teams, and project consultants.
    • Contribute to the development of QUBIQ's international commercial approach, providing market feedback from Portugal and other English-speaking geographies.

  • Odoo knowledge: Familiarity with Odoo's standard modules and their application across different business contexts.

  • Continuous learning: Willingness to be trained in QUBIQ's proprietary QuickStart sales methodology.


Requirements

  • Native or fluent Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Fluent English (B2 minimum — C1 preferred for international projects)
  • Spanish is a significant differentiator and will be valued highly
  • 3+ years of experience in technology sales (ERP, SaaS, or business software)
  • Experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms is a plus
